Billionaire Frank Reynolds is turned into a vegetable in a car wreck. His relatives and business associates gather in his mansion to do away with him and divide up his estate. They hire a nurse, Martha, fresh off a nervous breakdown, to take care of Frank. She is to take the fall for his death, but before the family can strike someone starts to kill them. The situation quickly spins out of control as they realize they can’t call out and they can’t leave. There is no choice, but to find the murderer among them, before it’s too late and none of them are left. They finally become convinced it has to be the seemingly defenseless Frank, but the mad nurse stands between them and her. The murders don’t stop as the quickly decreasing band tries to kill Frank.
